Earth Day is the most celebrated event world wide. Every year on April 22nd, over 100 different countries remember to appreciate nature and learn ways to preserve our environment.
At Salinas Elementary, students have a week full of events to join in the celebration of Earth Day. Students learn about the importance of recycling, planting trees, and protecting the environment.
