Francis Ayala has been voted Parent Volunteer of the Year for 2008-2009 by the staff at Hidalgo Elementary School who greatly appreciate her support and hard work in reaching Exemplary for our school this year.  She is among the awesome parent volunteers that inhabit this exemplary school.  Hidalgo Elementary is honored that she has assisted the school in reaching the status of Exemplary again after a long period of time.
