The Parent Academy of Hidalgo Elementary School provides expert information about raising healthy, positive, eager to learn children.  Parents learn about issues and solutions to solving behavior problems in their children and also about developing a positive outlook in relation to their family interactions. 

Ms. Maria Luisa Salcines, an expert in family relations and rearing of children, provides excellent classes for the parents.  Parents are involved with homework, lectures, role playing, and many more activiites to cement the skills in family life.  All parents are eligible to attend these classes and even though no tuition is charged, the benefits are colossal in magnitude.
