Norma Dominguez is the Parental Facilitator at JC Kelly Elementary. For the 2008-09 school year, JC Kelly has 10 parental volunteers enrolled, and has at least 2 parental volunteers on campus daily.

The Parent Teacher Organization at JC Kelly is comprised of parental volunteers and teachers. The PTO meets every third Wednesday of the month.

The JC Kelly Parent Teacher Organization involves parents and teachers in our school. Teachers present information to teachers on a monthly grade level meeting. Everyone is always invited.
